At Workwears UK, we’re committed to providing high-quality workwear and PPE. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process in line with UK consumer protection laws.

Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within the 14-day period. Once approved, items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items purchased through our website under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and labels

  • Items must show no signs of wear, use, or alteration

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) must be provided

Return Timeframes

  • Faulty or damaged items: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • All other returns: Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Special-order items

  • Items that have been cut, drilled, altered, or used in any way

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where we are at fault

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the refund status via email

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days (depending on your payment provider)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions

  4. We will cover the return shipping cost for any confirmed faulty or damaged items

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately

  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process
