Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised products.

  • Special-order items.

  • Items cut, drilled, altered, or used (unless faulty or damaged).

Return Method

  • By mail only.

Return Shipping & Label

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Return label: Not provided unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage for confirmed faults.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
