The 3M FT-12 Sweet Fit Test Solution is a replacement solution for use with the 3M FT-10 Sweet Qualitative Face Fit Testing Kit (sold separately). It is designed to help assess the effectiveness of tight-fitting respirators by producing a detectable sweet taste when sprayed during a face fit test.
If the wearer does not detect the sweet taste, the respirator fit is considered acceptable. Each pack contains six 55ml bottles of sodium saccharin solution, providing sufficient supply for multiple fit tests.
