The 3M Versaflo S-655 Respirator Hood is a lightweight, cost-effective headtop designed for use with the 3M Versaflo powered respirator system. Ideal for laboratory, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments, this hood provides full coverage for the head, face, neck, and shoulders while offering reliable protection from low-energy impacts and liquid splashes.
Constructed from two-layer polypropylene fabric with a PETG visor, the S-655 hood features a detachable design that allows the protective fabric to be separated from the integrated suspension system, making replacement quick and cost-efficient. The hood also includes an externally adjustable airflow system to optimize user comfort during extended wear. Compatible with S-605 replacement hoods, this intrinsically safe hood ensures safety, hygiene, and durability in sensitive environments.
