The 3M Versaflo V-500E Supplied-Air Regulator is an advanced, user-adjustable airflow control device designed for compatibility with 3M Versaflo respiratory headtops including hoods and face shields. Engineered to deliver a smooth and consistent flow of breathable air, it enhances both user safety and comfort in controlled work environments where supplied-air systems are essential.
This lightweight air regulator includes an integrated audible whistle that alerts the wearer when air pressure falls below safe operating levels, ensuring real-time safety monitoring. A flow control knob allows the user to manually adjust the airflow rate between 170 and 305 litres per minute, optimizing individual comfort and air delivery based on task and environment.
The V-500E regulator also includes a built-in silencer that keeps noise levels below 65 dBA, reducing distraction in sensitive or noise-controlled workspaces. A swivel bayonet connection allows the breathing tube to rotate freely, minimizing strain and improving mobility during wear.
Additional features such as an auxiliary port for tool integration and a replaceable carbon filter for odour reduction further improve the usability of this EN 14594-certified regulator, ideal for painting, spraying, chemical processing, and similar tasks.
