The Centurion ConceptAir PAPR Respirator Kit with Helmet is a complete, high-performance Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) system designed to offer integrated respiratory and head protection in a variety of industrial, manufacturing, construction, and healthcare environments. Engineered for professionals working in hazardous air conditions, this system delivers clean, filtered air to reduce respiratory fatigue and provide exceptional user comfort over long shifts.
The kit includes a ConceptAir turbo unit that supplies a continuous 200 litres per minute of airflow, ensuring a consistent and safe breathing experience. Certified to EN 12941 TH2P standards with an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 20, it provides reliable protection against airborne particles, dust, and contaminants. The EN 397 certified safety helmet offers comprehensive protection against falling objects, electrical hazards, and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for dynamic work environments.
This all-in-one PAPR solution includes a full-face visor with a secure seal to guard against splash, flying debris, and hot solids. The system also includes a P3 particulate filter, five pre-filters to maximize the life of the main filter, and a flexible breathing hose. With a rechargeable battery offering up to 8 hours of runtime, and a compatible battery charger included, the ConceptAir system supports uninterrupted use during long working hours.
The turbo-powered unit is lightweight and low-noise, minimizing distractions and improving comfort. It is also compatible with clip-on ear defenders (available separately) to extend protective functionality.
