These custom-moulded earplugs from CluisTROM are manufactured using an impression of the wearer’s actual ears to provide the perfect fit time after time. They provide hearing protection tailored to the individual’s environment with a push-to-talk adapter fitted to one plug to allow it to be connected to a two-way communication radio. To arrange a hassle-free fitting, simply order the number of pairs you require and a fully trained CluisTROM representative will be in touch to arrange a date and time for the impressions to be taken.

• Silicone earplugs custom-moulded to fit the individual wearer
• Supplied as one earplug and one earpiece with push-to-talk adapter
• Includes radio connection for digital or analogue radio (to be specified when impressions taken)
• Cannot be worn incorrectly or pushed too far into the ears
• Acoustic filter technology provides effective ear protection while allowing wearer to hear normal speech and warning signals
• Filters are interchangeable for different noise environments
• Life expectancy of around five years
• Highly compatible with other PPE
• Hypoallergenic material in a range of colours
• Place order for the required quantity and a CluisTROM representative will be in touch to arrange a date and time to take impressions of the wearers’ ears
• Impressions are made by a trained technician who will assess the protection level required and check wearer’s suitability
• Once impressions have been taken, the earplugs will be manufactured and dispatched within seven days
