Order Processing & Dispatch

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Express Delivery (UK Only)

• Flat Rate: £14.49 for all orders

• Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day for delivery in 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• Orders placed after 2:00 pm are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, courier delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier promptly.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products purchased through our website, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return Window

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return items within 14 days of notifying us.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised products.

• Special-order items.

• Items cut, drilled, altered, or used (unless faulty or damaged).

Return Method

• By mail only.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

• Return label: Not provided unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• Report within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage for confirmed faults.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
